Complete your AI Business Page

Your AI Business Page is the structured public profile BizRnR creates for your business. It helps customers, search engines, and AI assistants understand what you do, where you serve, how to contact you, and what questions your business can answer.

Why it matters

AI assistants prefer clear, crawlable, structured facts. A complete Business Page gives them those facts in one place. It also gives your AI receptionist better source material, so public discovery and phone conversion work from the same truth.

Open the editor

Go to Dashboard -> Business Page. If you do not see the page, confirm that your account is activated and that the Business Page entitlement is enabled for your tenant.

Fill in the profile

Add or confirm:

  • Business name.
  • Public phone number.
  • Website.
  • Primary category or industry.
  • Short business description.
  • Service area.
  • Physical location if customers visit you.
  • Logo or profile image.

Keep the description concrete. "We provide emergency HVAC repair in Phoenix with same-day appointments" is better than "We are a customer-first service company."

Add services

List the services customers actually ask for. Each service should have a plain-language name and a short explanation. Include service limits when relevant, such as "residential only", "no commercial refrigeration", or "available within 20 miles".

Add hours and contact rules

Business hours affect how customers interpret your availability. Add regular hours, after-hours instructions, holiday notes, and urgent-call handling rules. If the AI should treat certain requests as urgent, say so directly.

Add FAQs

Start with the questions your staff answers every week:

  • Pricing ranges.
  • Appointment length.
  • Areas served.
  • Insurance or payment methods.
  • Emergency availability.
  • Cancellation policies.
  • What information customers should prepare before booking.

Preview and publish

Use the preview to check layout, facts, and public wording. Publish once the page is accurate. After publishing, revisit it whenever your hours, services, location, or offer changes.

What to do if the page is wrong

Fix the source fields in the editor, save, and republish. If a published page still shows old data after a few minutes, contact support with your Business Page URL and the exact field that did not update.
