We use your information to provide and improve our AI voice automation services, process transactions, and communicate with you about your account.
3. SMS Communications
Business Runner (bizrnr.com) operates an SMS messaging program for account notifications and service updates. By checking the SMS consent checkbox during account registration, you expressly consent to receive automated text messages from Business Runner at the phone number you provide.
Types of messages: Account status updates, trial expiration reminders, onboarding instructions, and transactional service notifications. Message frequency varies based on account activity.
Opt-out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. To re-enroll, reply START or re-check the consent box in your account settings.
HELP: Reply HELP to any message for assistance or contact us at support@bizrnr.com.
Message and data rates may apply. Carrier message rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
No sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS consent data with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your phone number is used solely to provide the Business Runner service.
Supported carriers: All major US carriers are supported. Carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit and SOC 2-oriented security practices. For healthcare customers we support HIPAA-conscious workflows; a BAA (business associate agreement) is available on Enterprise plans by request.
5. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services including Stripe for payments, ElevenLabs for voice synthesis, and Twilio for telephony and SMS delivery. Each operates under their own privacy policies.
6. Cookies, Analytics & Advertising
BizRnR uses cookies and similar technologies for two purposes: analytics — understanding how visitors find and use our site so we can improve it — and advertising — showing you relevant BizRnR ads and measuring how our campaigns perform. Analytics is powered by Google Analytics; advertising cookies power Google Ads remarketing and the Meta and TikTok advertising pixels. Each of these providers processes the data it receives under its own privacy policy.
Your default cookie settings depend on your location. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or Canada, we use an opt-in model: analytics and advertising cookies stay off until you accept them using the cookie banner. In the United States and other regions, we apply the opt-out model permitted under laws such as California’s CCPA/CPRA, so analytics and advertising cookies are enabled by default and you can turn them off at any time.
To opt out of advertising cookies — including any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for targeted advertising as those terms are defined under U.S. state privacy laws — use the “Your Privacy Choices” link in our site footer. Opting out turns off the Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok advertising cookies; analytics cookies that keep the site working are not affected. You can opt back in from the same control whenever you like.
Features that record a browsing session — such as session replay and full product-analytics capture — are never enabled by the regional default. They run only after you give explicit consent by choosing “Accept” on the cookie banner.
We store your choice in a first-party cookie on your device and apply it through Google Consent Mode. Clearing your browser cookies resets the choice to your region’s default.
7. TikTok
BizRnR integrates with TikTok for Business to enable automated social media posting for eligible plan subscribers. When you connect your TikTok Business account, BizRnR receives and stores an OAuth access token that authorizes content publishing on your behalf. BizRnR uses this token solely to publish video content you have scheduled or approved through the BizRnR dashboard. We do not collect, store, or process your TikTok followers, engagement data, direct messages, or personal profile information beyond your TikTok Business account identifier. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest and stored in BizRnR's secure database. You may disconnect your TikTok account at any time from the BizRnR dashboard under Settings → Connected Accounts, which will revoke BizRnR's access token.
