• Call Recordings & Transcripts: Audio recordings and text transcriptions of calls handled by our AI agents
• SMS/WhatsApp Messages: Message content for conversations managed through our platform
• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our platform, including features used and actions taken
• Device Information: Browser type, IP address, and device identifiers

2.3 Information from Third Parties

• Calendar Data: Appointment and availability information when you connect Google Calendar
• Telephony Data: Call metadata from Twilio including timestamps, duration, and phone numbers

4.1 ElevenLabs

4.2 Twilio

4.3 Stripe

We use Stripe to process payments. We do not store your full credit card information. See Stripe Privacy Policy.

4.4 Google Calendar

When you connect Google Calendar, we access your calendar data to sync appointments. See Google Privacy Policy.

4.5 OpenAI

We use OpenAI for WhatsApp/SMS auto-reply features. Message content may be processed through their API. See OpenAI Privacy Policy.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Specifically:

• Account Data: Retained until you delete your account
• Call Recordings: Retained for 90 days by default, configurable per your settings
• Transcripts & Messages: Retained for the duration of your subscription
• Billing Records: Retained as required by law (typically 7 years)

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:

• Encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest
• Row-level security in our database
• Secure authentication with Supabase
• Regular security assessments
• Access controls and audit logging

However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
