By accessing or using BizRnR's AI voice automation platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

BizRnR provides AI-powered voice automation services for businesses, including inbound/outbound call handling, lead qualification, and appointment scheduling.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. SMS Communications Program

Business Runner (bizrnr.com) offers an opt-in SMS messaging program to send you transactional and account-related text messages.

How to enroll: You may enroll by checking the SMS consent checkbox during account registration at bizrnr.com/auth/register. Enrollment is entirely voluntary and is not required to create an account or use any service.

Message types: Enrolled users may receive automated text messages including account status updates, trial expiration reminders, onboarding instructions, and service notifications. We do not send promotional or marketing SMS messages.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on account activity. You may receive up to 5 messages per month in typical usage.

Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Business Runner is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any SMS message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent after opt-out is processed.

Supported carriers: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and all major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for unlawful purposes, spam, or harassment. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

BizRnR shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
