What is not included
The current self-serve plan does not include web chat, outbound AI calling, SMS campaigns, WhatsApp automation, social DMs, lead generation pipeline, advanced analytics, or white-label/multi-location controls.
Some of those capabilities exist for legacy, on-hold, or Enterprise accounts, but they are not ordinary self-serve upgrades. If you need one, contact support or sales with the business use case and expected volume.
How billing works
Your subscription starts when payment succeeds. The same card is charged monthly unless you cancel. If you exceed 100 included interactions, overage is billed at the AI Receptionist overage rate shown in your billing view.

Changing plans
Enterprise is custom and sales-led. It can include multi-channel automation, contracted interaction volume, unlimited team seats, SSO, compliance controls, SLA terms, call-center workflows, and managed rollout.
If you need Enterprise, open Dashboard -> Support or contact sales. Support can confirm whether the feature you need belongs in the self-serve plan, a legacy entitlement, or an Enterprise contract.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless support confirms a different arrangement. Your business records are retained according to the active retention policy so you can recover from accidental cancellation during the retention window.
