Dashboard tour
The BizRnR dashboard is the control room for your AI receptionist and customer conversations. It shows what happened, what needs attention, and which setup steps still block reliable call handling.
Dashboard
The main Dashboard page summarizes your activation status, recent calls, lead activity, and next best actions. Start here when you want to know whether BizRnR is live and whether your AI receptionist is catching real customer demand.
Use the dashboard to:
- Confirm your subscription and activation status.
- See recent conversations and call outcomes.
- Find setup tasks such as forwarding, profile completion, and test calls.
- Jump into support if something looks wrong.
Profile
Profile stores your personal contact details and notification preferences. Keep this current so support, billing, and urgent AI handoffs reach the right person.
Business Page
Business Page is your AI-readable public business profile. It gives search engines and AI assistants structured details about your business, including services, hours, location, contact information, FAQs, and booking context. Every AI Receptionist subscriber should complete this page because the same facts help customers find you and help the AI answer consistently.
CRM
CRM is where captured contacts and leads live. A caller who leaves a name, phone number, need, booking request, or follow-up intent should appear here. Use CRM to review lead details, update status, add notes, and export customer records when needed.
Settings
Settings is where most configuration lives: security, business profile fields, notifications, phone and forwarding setup, webhooks, API keys, and channel preferences. If the AI is answering with stale details, Settings is usually the first place to check.
Support
Support is built into the dashboard. You can ask the AI support agent a question, search the knowledge base, browse help categories, view tickets, and leave NPS feedback. Support answers cite the help articles they used so you can verify the source.
Advanced and Enterprise surfaces
Some navigation items appear only for legacy, on-hold, or Enterprise plans. These can include Campaigns, WhatsApp, Social DMs, Lead Gen, Email Outreach, Analytics, Reviews, Scheduling, Locations, White Label, Integrations, Call Center, Compliance, Escalation, and SLA. If you do not see one of those pages, your current plan may not include it or the feature may require a contracted Enterprise rollout.
If a page looks empty
Refresh first, then check whether your account is fully activated and paid. Some pages are intentionally quiet until conversations, contacts, or integrations exist. If a page that should have data stays empty, open Dashboard -> Support and include the page name, the account email, and what you expected to see.
