Using Email Outreach
What It Does
Email Outreach lets you create, send, and track email campaigns directly from your BizRnR dashboard. Use it to connect with prospects, follow up with leads, or re-engage existing contacts — all without switching to a separate email tool.
How to Get Started
- Navigate to Email Outreach in the left sidebar of your dashboard.
- Create a new campaign by clicking + New Campaign and giving it a name.
- Build your email using the template editor or start from scratch with a blank canvas.
- Add your recipients by importing a contact list or selecting an existing segment.
- Review and send — preview your email, confirm your recipient list, and choose to send immediately or schedule for later.
Your campaign results (opens, clicks, replies) will appear in the campaign dashboard once sending begins.

Common Questions
Can I personalize emails for each recipient? Yes. Use merge tags (such as first name or company name) to automatically pull in contact details for each recipient. These are available in the template editor.
What happens if a contact unsubscribes? Contacts who unsubscribe are automatically removed from future campaigns. You don't need to manage this manually.
Can I send follow-up emails automatically? Yes. When setting up your campaign, you can add follow-up steps that trigger based on whether a recipient opened or replied to a previous email.
