How to connect
1. Connect your Stripe account
Settings → Integrations → Stripe → Connect with Stripe. OAuth flow authorizes BizRnR to create payment links on your behalf.
2. Configure payment rules
Define which appointment types require payment, the amount, and whether payment is required before booking or captured on completion.
3. Choose collection method
SMS payment link (default, works on any phone) or in-call voice card entry (PCI-compliant, requires DTMF support).
FAQs
Is BizRnR + Stripe PCI compliant?
Yes. Payment card data never touches BizRnR servers — all collection uses Stripe-hosted payment links or PCI-compliant tokenization.
Can I issue refunds for no-shows?
Yes. Configure automatic refund rules in Stripe, or handle per-call refunds from the BizRnR dashboard.
Does it work with Stripe Terminal or in-person payments?
The voice-call payment flow is separate from Stripe Terminal. In-person payments continue to flow through your existing Stripe Terminal setup.
