Manage profile, security, sessions, and data controls
Your account controls who can access BizRnR, where notifications go, and how your business data is protected. Keep it current.
Profile
Open Dashboard -> Profile to update your name, contact details, and profile image. This information helps your team identify owners and helps support route account questions correctly.
Security settings
Open Dashboard -> Settings -> Security to review login methods, MFA or 2FA options, active sessions, and recovery settings. Enable an authenticator app when possible. SMS can be useful as a fallback, but authenticator apps are stronger.
Sessions
If you see a session you do not recognize, sign it out and rotate your password or login method immediately. Then contact security@bizrnr.com if you believe an account was accessed without permission.
Team access
Enterprise accounts may have team seats, roles, or SSO. Give each person their own login. Shared logins make audits harder and increase risk when someone leaves the business.
Data deletion
Account deletion starts a grace period before final removal. During the grace period, contact support if deletion was requested by mistake. After deletion completes, business profile data, contacts, call history, and settings may no longer be recoverable.
Data exports
Export only what your business needs and store it in approved systems. Call transcripts, recordings, contact details, and customer messages can contain sensitive information.
Support identity checks
Support may ask you to verify account ownership before changing billing, security, deletion, or phone-routing settings. That protects your business from unauthorized changes.
