Using Social DMs
What It Does
Social DMs lets you send and manage direct messages to your social media contacts from inside the BizRnR dashboard. Instead of switching between platforms, you can handle conversations in one place — keeping your outreach organized and your response time fast.
How to Get Started
- Connect your social accounts — Go to Settings > Connected Accounts and link the social profiles you want to manage.
- Open the Social DMs tab — Find it in the main navigation menu.
- Start a conversation — Select a contact and compose your message directly from the dashboard.
- Monitor replies — Incoming replies appear in your DMs inbox so you can respond without leaving BizRnR.
> Tip: Keep your connected accounts authorized and up to date to avoid message delivery issues.

Common Questions
Which social platforms are supported? Supported platforms are listed in Settings > Connected Accounts. Availability may vary depending on your plan.
Will my contacts know I'm using a third-party tool? Messages are sent through your connected account, so they appear as coming from your normal profile.
What if a message fails to send? Failed messages are flagged in your inbox. Check that your account is still connected under Settings > Connected Accounts and try again.
