What It Does
The WhatsApp integration lets you send and receive WhatsApp messages from within BizRnR. You can manage customer conversations, respond to inquiries, and keep your messaging history alongside your other business activity — all in one place.

How to Get Started
- Go to Settings and select Integrations from the left menu.
- Find WhatsApp and click Connect.
- Follow the prompts to link your WhatsApp Business account. You may need to verify your business phone number during setup.
- Once connected, your WhatsApp conversations will appear in your Messages inbox.
> Note: A WhatsApp Business account is required. If you don't have one, you can create it through Meta's WhatsApp Business platform before connecting.

Common Questions
Can I use my personal WhatsApp number? The integration is designed for WhatsApp Business accounts. Using a personal number is not recommended and may not be supported.
Will I see my previous conversation history? Message history imported on connection may vary. Going forward, all new conversations will be tracked in your BizRnR inbox.
Can multiple team members access WhatsApp messages? Yes. Conversations are visible to team members who have access to your Messages inbox, depending on their assigned permissions.
